We’ve worked for the Airport since 1994 when we reconstructed the full runway. Since then we have completed all major works – which means we’ve collaborated successfully for over 20 years. The last major runway work was completed in 2009 and it’s been servicing travellers since.
In 2010 we secured the airport’s maintenance contract and we are delighted to have secured the latest contract which will see us working with Newcastle Airport until at least 2023.
Based only 20 minutes away we offer Newcastle Airport local service and reliability. Our team at Birtley offer years of aviation construction experience, we know the airport pavement asset well and we are fully conversant with CAA and NIA security requirements.
